Biographical information
Thibault Fournol is a Research Fellow at the Foundation for Strategic Research, where he coordinates the Observatory of Multilateralism in the Indo-Pacific. His research focuses on India’s foreign and security policies in the Indo-Pacific, with a particular emphasis on India's approach and practices of regional cooperation. As part of his PhD research, he explores the evolution of India’s multilateral practices in the region, the role of non-state actors in Indian foreign policy, and the broader transformations of multilateralism in the Indo-Pacific.
