Expertise

Benjamin Hautecouverture is a Senior Research Fellow on non-proliferation and disarmament issues at the Foundation for Strategic Research. He is also a founding member of the European Union Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium. His areas of work include the study of proliferation, non-proliferation and disarmament in the field of weapons of mass destruction. It also works on deterrence postures, nuclear security, the NPT review process, the chemical weapons prohibition regime and the European Union's strategy against the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
